Everything smoke shops, dispensaries, distributors, and licensed retailers ask before opening an MK trade account.

How do I apply?

Submit the dealer application on this page. We need basic business info, your business license number, and an authorized signatory. Most applications are approved same business day if your license is current and we ship to your state.

What kinds of businesses do you sell to?

Smoke shops, head shops, dispensaries, distributors, accessory wholesalers, online vape retailers, and brands building hardware programs. If you have a business license to resell vape or smoke hardware, you qualify.

What are the tier requirements?

Tiers are based on rolling 30-day volume. We re-evaluate accounts monthly. Move up automatically — never down without notice.

How long until I'm approved?

Same day for most retail license holders. Distributors and multi-state operators may take 1-2 days for additional verification. We'll email you either way within 24 hours of application receipt.

Do you offer Net terms?

Yes, at Tier 3 (500+ units monthly) and above. Net-30 standard. Net-60 considered for established accounts with clean payment history.

What's your MOQ?

50 units per SKU on first order. 25 units per SKU on reorders. Mix and match SKUs across one PO to hit volume tier breaks.

Do you ship to my state?

We currently serve 40+ states. Restrictions on hardware shipment vary by state regulation. See our Compliance page for the current list, or email us with your state and we'll confirm.

Who handles my account?

Tier 1-2 accounts work through our central wholesale desk. Tier 3+ accounts are assigned a dedicated account manager who knows your menu, your buyer schedule, and your state's regs. Direct cell number, no ticketing system.

What's the lead time?

Stock SKUs ship within 72 hours of cleared payment. Backorders are usually 5-10 business days. Private label runs are 4 weeks from artwork approval.

Can I order samples before committing?

Yes. Sample kits available to verified license holders for the cost of shipping. Email wholesale@mindkontrol.co with your license info and we'll send a sample pack.

What's your defect rate?

Field-verified RMA rate is 0.2%. Defective units are replaced within 72 hours of report. We don't require returns for fewer than 10 units.

Do you offer co-marketing or POP support?

Tier 2 accounts and above receive POP kits with each order. Tier 4 accounts can apply for co-marketing budgets, custom POP runs, and event sponsorships.

How do I get private label hardware?

You need to be at Tier 4 (1,000+ unit monthly volume) OR commit to a 750-unit minimum first PL run. See our Private Label page for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH, wire transfer, business credit card (3% fee), and Net terms for qualifying accounts. We do not accept cash or money orders. Cryptocurrency considered for international PL accounts.

How do I update my account info?

Log into your dealer portal at Account Login. All address changes, license renewals, and contact updates can be made there. Major changes (legal entity name, ownership) require a quick email to your rep.

What happens if my license lapses?

Wholesale access pauses until renewal documentation is provided. We'll email you 30 days before any license on file expires.

Can I get pricing before applying?

Pricing is visible to verified accounts only. The application takes 2 minutes — we built it that way for a reason. Once you're verified, you'll see real prices, real lead times, and real specs.
