Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Mind Kontrol ships to licensed retailers and distributors throughout Oregon. Local delivery available within the Portland metro area, Willamette Valley, and select coastal and Central Oregon markets. Outside Oregon, statewide delivery via regional carriers.

If your business is outside Oregon and you're interested in becoming a dealer, email mkwholesale@gmail.com — we're expanding our distribution network and want to hear from you.

When we ship

Stock SKUs: Within 48 business hours of cleared payment. Backorders: 5-7 business days from order date. Private label: 4 weeks from artwork approval (separate timeline).

Orders placed Friday after 12pm PT begin processing the following Monday.

How we ship

Local delivery (Portland metro, Willamette Valley): Direct delivery by Mind Kontrol or local courier on regular weekly routes. No shipping cost on orders over $500.

Statewide Oregon (Bend, Medford, Eugene, coast, Eastern Oregon): Regional carrier ground service. 1-2 business day delivery once shipped.

Free freight: Orders over $1,500 ship freight-free to any Oregon address. Standard freight: Below $1,500, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Will-call pickup: Available at our Portland location by appointment. No shipping cost. Email your rep to schedule.

Receiving and inspection

Inspect upon delivery. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours via email to mkwholesale@gmail.com with photos of damaged packaging and contents. We replace damaged units same week.
